2. How long will it take to receive my personalized steering wheel?
Manufacturing and delivery typically take 2 to 5 weeks , depending on the complexity of the customization and your delivery location. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
3. Can I cancel or modify my order?
Custom orders are irreversible once confirmed, as each steering wheel is made to order. Please ensure all your choices are correct before confirming.

4. What is the warranty period on the steering wheels?
All our steering wheels come with a 5-year commercial warranty , covering only manufacturing defects and compatibility issues with your vehicle.
5. Does the warranty cover damage due to wear and tear or misuse?
No. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches, dents, or damage caused by misuse . It only applies if the steering wheel is used normally.
6. What should I do if my steering wheel has a defect covered by the warranty?
Contact our customer service department by email with your order number and photos of the defect . If the defect is confirmed, we will prioritize repair , or replacement if necessary. Return shipping costs are covered by us.
