At Les As du Volant , we pride ourselves on offering high-quality, custom-made steering wheels. That's why all our products come with a 5-year worldwide warranty , covering exclusively manufacturing defects and compatibility issues .

Warranty conditions

  • The warranty only covers defects related to the manufacturing of the product or a recognized incompatibility with the vehicle.

  • It only applies if the product has been used in accordance with its normal use (no disassembly, modification, shock, exposure to chemicals or abnormal use).

  • Natural wear and tear, scratches, or any damage caused by improper handling are not covered.

Complaints procedure

To activate the warranty, the customer must:

  1. Send an email to our customer service department.

  2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the defective product.

  3. Wait for validation from our team before any return.

➡️ Return shipping costs are covered by Les As du Volant only if the defect is recognized under the warranty.

Proposed solutions

If the defect is confirmed:

  • We prioritize repairing the product .

  • In the event that repair is impossible, a replacement solution may be offered, at the sole discretion of Les As du Volant.

Warranty exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear due to time and use.

  • Damage resulting from misuse, impact, accident, modification or dismantling of the product.

  • Damage caused by the use of unsuitable cleaning products.

  • Claims made without complete supporting documentation (order number + photos).

Legal guarantee

This 5-year commercial warranty is in addition to the consumer's legal rights applicable in their country of residence, including the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years in Europe).
